YOUTH REPRESENTATIVE HONOURS - 19th of April 2011

Due to the continued hard work of both players and coaches (see previous article), T.C.C. has once again produced numerous youth players that have been selected for both County and District squads for their respective age groups;

T.C.C. COACHING QUALIFICATIONS - 18th of April 2011

This winter has been a busy time for the youth teams coaching staff as well as the players themselves.

The club is very proud to announce that 8 coaches have attained ECB qualifications during the closed season;

ECB LEVEL 1 ACCREDITATION;

Steve Hepple, Si Sond, Andrew Wilson, Dale Forder & Chris Messer

ECB LEVEL 2 ACCREDIATION;

Joe Maiden, John Wormwell & Howard Marshall

GROUNDFORCE - 2011 - 15th of April 2011

A huge thank you to all those who attended the Groundforce parties last weekend.

The weather was certainly on our side and with the fantastic turn out a huge amount of work was completed and ensured that the Ship Ground is at its peak for the start of the season.

The cricket kicks off this weekend with the 1st team entertaining Twyford House in a friendly and then it's cricket every Saturday until early September !!

With youth team games and training every night of the week it will be another busy season at TCC and everyone is welcome to come and support and play.

SIX NATIONS PREDICTOR 2011 - 21st of March 2011

The conclusion of the Six Nations Championship over the weekend means we can reveal our winner of this years predictor competition.

With a total of 14 out of 15 correct predictions, the very popular winner is STUART CRABTREE.

Only one player managed to predict the correct number of total points scored within the championship (589), that being Erin De Groot.

There were 6 runners up with 13 correct predictions; Jo Maxwell, Mark Allen, Martin Dawes, Paul Thompson, Peter Jones and Robert Manley.

Many congratulations to Stuart and a big thanks to all those who took part.
