REID TAKES FANTASY FOOTBALL TITLE
Alex Reid has won the TCC Fantasy Football Championship by just 9 points from runner up Greg Mallitte.
In a contest as highly contested as the Premier League, Reidy led through the majority of the second half of the season although put under increasing pressure by Mallitte.
Further down the table, early leader Tubby Tuuni faded fast to finish 6th and to the delight of most of the other managers Wormers only managed a feeble 8th.

PRE-SEASON DISCO - POSTPONED !!
Unfortunately the fixture against Twyford House on Saturday (28th April) has been cancelled due to the shocking weather.
Therefore the pre-season disco organised for the evening has also been postponed until an appropriate time when some cricket can be (almost) guarenteed.
However the club is being opened at 6pm tomorrow for Heineken Cup rugby action (Edinburgh v Ulster).

PRE-SEASON DISCO
This Saturday, April 28th, the 1st XI host Twyford House in the final friendly before the Premier Two League kicks off on May 5th.
In order to get the season off to a "swinging" start, the TCC Social Committe have organised a disco for the evening of the 28th in order for everybody to get reacquainted in true Thornbury fashion.
So come along and see how the 1st XI are shaping up on the field and then throw some shapes in the clubhouse afterwards.
